Working with local agency CMS, we were tasked with creating a series of HR films for Heathcotes, a national specialist residential service for adults with Learning Disabilities and mental illness.
Getting the right staff for their many care homes can be challenging. Video is used in a way to engage with potential new colleagues, show them glimpses into the different roles and career progression opportunities available, all told through the words of existing staff.
The initial few videos went so well that we were commissioned to make more and also a specialist project to highlight a key service they provide that has had tremendous success in helping people suffering DBT.
